Your responsibilities

WHAT WILL BE PART OF YOUR JOB?

  • Searching for new development projects and properties for sale.
  • Building and developing relationships with new clients.
  • Cooperation with development companies.
  • Preparing analysis of market potential and participation in the strategic development of our products.
  • Communication with serious clients interested in offered properties in Spain and Warsaw.
  • Helping clients with the selection and purchase of a custom-made dream property.
  • Coordination of the business process from the initial contact to the conclusion of the contract.

Our requirements

  • Proven experience in the field of real estate industry.
  • Knowledge of local market is a huge advantage.
  • Speak Polish and English on native or professional level.
  • You are a salesperson and you enjoy it.
  • You can understand and perceive the client's needs.

  • You are not afraid of challenges, you like to look for new and better solutions.
