Zakres obowiązków

Your main responsibilities are:
  • Take full ownership of one or more IT initiatives at a time and drive these forward to successful implementation
  • Plan, budget, coordinate, monitor, and report on projects, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and resource allocation.
  • Manage projects according to the committed plan of deliverables, incorporating change management activities and addressing risks and issues.
  • Define and implement a good project management methodology, aligning without Digital Technology Governance Model.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Motivate and inspire teams and stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Measure and report on the progress and outcomes of change initiatives, utilizing relevant KPIs and indicators.
  • Utilize problem-solving and critical thinking skills to proactively plan and execute project activities.
  • Manage vendor/supplier relationships and negotiate contracts as needed

Wymagania

Your experience:
  • Extensive practical experience in managing IT projects or programs in a global working environment.
  • Strong personal drive and sense of responsibility
  • Proven track record of successful collaboration between business and digital development with larger implementations, such as with experience in Telecoms, AI, Infrastructure, or other projects.
  • Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Experience in measuring and reporting on the progress and outcomes of change initiatives
  • Ideally you have had a couple of years as a Software Developer yourself, but have transitioned into Project Management


Your skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, team-building, critical thinking, and proactive planning skills.
  • Strong ability to motivate and inspire project teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in negotiation, vendor/supplier management, risk and issues management, and time management.
