Your responsibilities

• Human Resource Director will plan, lead, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the HR department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the SigmaRoc and Nordkalk strategy
• Managing of all HR processes for 2 companies
• Effective Planning and executing HR strategies and projects
• Close Cooperation with business leaders and employees concerning HR matters and Nordkalk Group representants
• Provide guidance to Management and managers at all levels.
• Develop, implement and update company policies, processes and practices in compliance with labour law and Sigma Rock regulations
• Solving employee relations issues within legal and compliance guidelines
• Mange employees’ benefits and compensation,
• Mange and support employee’s development on all levels, talent management as well as HR communication
• Cooperation with Trade Unions
• Supervise HR and Payroll team

Our requirements

• University master’s degree preferred: HRM, Legal, Psychology or Economics
• 5-10 years of experience as HR Manager/Director position in industrial companies and international Groups
• Strong knowledge of Labour Law
• Excellent interpersonal including verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent English C1/C2
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR related software systems
