Digital Marketing Strategist/Manager – Analytics and OperationsWe are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented individual to join our marketing team as a digital marketing manager. This role is pivotal in enabling data-driven decision-making, optimizing marketing performance, and streamlining operational processes. You will be responsible for leveraging analytics technologies to measure, analyze, and report on marketing campaign effectiveness, customer behavior, and overall marketing performance. Additionally, you will play a key role in implementing and managing marketing technologies, ensuring seamless integration and optimization. This individual will report to the VP of Digital Marketing and will work closely with cross-functional teams across the globe to support business objectives, so time zone flexibility is required.

Responsibilities: Data Analysis and Insights:

  • Data Analysis and Insights:
  • Develop and implement robust data analysis frameworks to measure marketing campaign performance and ROI.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of the lead funnel data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Build predictive models and conduct A/B testing to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Develop and deliver actionable insights to marketing teams to inform decision-making.
  • Marketing Technology:
  • Implement, manage, and optimize marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other relevant technologies.
  • Ensure seamless integration of marketing technologies with other enterprise systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technology trends and evaluate new tools for potential adoption.
  • Marketing Operations:
  • Assist in the maintenance and optimization of Arteris digital channels (website, email, paid media, social media)
  • Streamline marketing processes and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support marketing initiatives.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business analytics, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on analytics, operations, or project management
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) to measure campaign performance.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and CRM platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with JIRA or other project management tools
  • Certifications in digital marketing, marketing analytics, or data science.
