Your responsibilities

• support and assistance for English speaking patients
• making inbound and outbound calls
• making appointments for medical tests
• working via clients medical software
• advising on a suitable offer basing on a customer’s needs

Our requirements

• excellent English level (C1/C2/native)
• ability to work min. 120 hours/month
• high level of empathy and relationship building/interpersonal skills
• excellent written and oral communication skill
• attention to details and responsibility
• general computer navigation
• basic knowledge of medical testing would be an asset

What we offer

• cooperation on the basis of a contract of mandate: 33,79 PLN/hour gross (students) and 36,94 PLN/hour gross (contract of mandate with Social Security)
• incentive system dependent on the results achieved up to 1000 PLN
