Your responsibilities

• Involvement in communication with Global Purchase, assisting the Global Account Manager in developing and executing strategic initiatives.
• Collaboration with Global R&D and Technical teams to understand product recommendations and drive project implementation.
• Managing communication with EIMEA Region (Europe, India, Middle East - more than 10 regional factories) ensuring smooth product application, order fulfillment, and complaint resolution.
• Building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the customers factory, advocate for company values, and overcome biases toward new suppliers.
• Collecting insights on customers applications and business needs to identify and explore new business opportunities.
• Conducting regular visits to factories across Europe and the IMEA Region.

Our requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Marketing, Chemical engineering, Materials engineering).
• At least 8 years of professional experience in the hygiene industry (preferably 60%/40% technical & sales experience).
• Strong understanding of global strategy implementation and regional sales development, with a results-driven mindset.
• Quick learner with a strong team spirit, able to work in international and multicultural teams, open-minded and culturally respectful.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
• Strong problem-solving skills focused on customer satisfaction and providing practical, tailored solutions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Flexibility to adapt to frequent customer on-site support and travel (60-70% of working time in front of customers).
• Strong presentations and communications skills.
