Your responsibilities

• Planning, coordination and monitoring of construction projects progress
• Preparation of detailed schedules (Ms Project) to finalize project as efficiently as possible
• Ensuring that the project meets the client's objectives and timelines
• Managing project schedules to ensure it is finished on time and within budget
• Preparation of detailed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
• Quality control and quality assurance including regular site inspections
• Coordination with other team members including engineers and site coordinators
• Communicating with Client and Honeywell Team members

Our requirements

• Perfect knowledge of scheduling tools (Ms Project or Primavera)
• Previous experience on Workface Planning would be great advantage
• Availability to work with multiple schedules in parallel
• Good understanding of construction process – must have
• Knowledge of Electrical/LV/HVAC installations desirable
• Capability to break down the project into smaller, manageable components or work packages
• Create a hierarchical structure to represent the various tasks and subtasks
• Experience with resource loaded schedules
• Knowledge of English language min. B1
• Great understanding of planning methods (incl. CPM)
• Able to work on the daily basis with multiple stakeholders and contractors
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to attend frequent meetings with a customer and subcontractors

We are looking for the motivated Project Planner/Scheduler who together with HONEYWELL team will be responsible for planning, organizing, and scheduling project activities on significant project located in Nysa, Poland. Our Project Planner is going to work closely with Project Managers responsible for particular work packages, reporting directly to Project Director. The main goal is to deliver detailed project plans, defining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements to ensure smooth implementation of project. As a construction planner, you’ll work with a wide range of people including designer, installers and customer representatives
