Zakres obowiązków

Verify and process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Enter invoices into the financial system and maintain proper records.
Prepare payments to suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Handle discrepancies between invoices, purchase orders, and payments, collaborating with internal departments to resolve issues.
Perform regular reconciliation of accounts payable and supplier balances.
Assist in month-end closing activities and reporting.
Ensure compliance with VAT and other tax regulations.
Communicate with suppliers regarding payment status and resolve any issues as necessary.
Prepare reports for internal stakeholders on accounts payable activities and outstanding balances.

Higher education in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
Previous experience in Accounts Payable or a similar financial role (at least 1-2 years preferred).
Familiarity with accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems).
Strong understanding of accounting principles, including VAT and tax regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Minimum B1 level of English (written and spoken).
Strong Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office tools.
