Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the company's customer base in the Nordics & Europe
Establish and maintain relationships with clients in the Professional Services industry
Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets
Provide market feedback to the company's leadership regarding competitive offerings and prospect needs
Generate and follow up on sales leads
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities

A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, consulting, or account management (ideally in professional services)
Proven track record of closing high-value enterprise deals
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
