Creative Designer

Key Responsibilities:
- Creating intuitive and responsive User Interfaces (UI) and User Experiences (UX) using Figma,
- Developing wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs.
- Conducting usability analysis and A/B testing to optimize interfaces,
- Ensuring design consistency based on design systems,
- Editing and post-producing video materials, creating animations and special effects using DaVinci Resolve (or alternative tools),
- Developing motion graphics and data visualizations,
- Creating high-quality vector graphics, illustrations, and icons using Adobe Illustrator,
- Developing brand identity assets,
- Working closely with marketing and technology teams to develop consistent and effective visual materials,
- Maintaining brand visual consistency across all materials,
- Keeping up with the latest trends in UI/UX design, graphics and multimedia,
- Implementing innovative graphic and technological solutions.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in graphic and multimedia design in a commercial environment.
- English language proficiency (B2 or higher).
- Advanced knowledge of: Figma, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Illustrator (or similar tools).
- Experience in design systems.
- Understanding of responsive design and accessibility principles.
- Portfolio showcasing skills in UI/UX, vector graphics, and video editing.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of typography, composition, and color theory.
- Basic understanding of animation and motion design principles.
