Lead HR initiatives and align them with the business goals.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Lead and manage a team of 5 HR professionals across two locations.
Act as a key business partner to the Plant Manager, providing strategic HR guidance and support in decision-making.
Ensure effective collaboration with trade unions, handling complex negotiations and addressing challenges proactively.
Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Drive recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent aligned with business needs.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and organizational performance.
Lead the HR aspects of the SAP implementation project, ensuring smooth transition and system adoption.
Maintain compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
Foster a strong organizational culture, promoting engagement and employee satisfaction.

Proven experience in a Senior HR role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-site HR teams.
Expertise in labor relations, with a track record of managing trade union negotiations.
Solid understanding of payroll processes and HR administration.
Experience in recruitment, talent development, and training initiatives.
Knowledge of HR digitalization and involvement in system implementation projects (preferably SAP).
High level of autonomy and ability to drive HR strategy independently.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex employee relations issues.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
