Zakres obowiązków

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process within the company.
  • Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies, ensuring alignment with global recruitment messaging and attracting top talent.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Implement and monitor recruitment metrics to drive performance.
  • Provide market insights and talent landscape intelligence to inform hiring decisions and strategies.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by collaborating closely with internal recruitment teams and external partners.
  • Apply consistent and fair assessment methods, including online testing and case studies, and actively contribute to selection decisions.
  • Prepare recruitment data and reports to support decision-making and stakeholder communication.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and internal stakeholders, promoting best practices and global recruitment standards.
  • Represent the company at job fairs and employer branding events etc.

Wymagania

  • A strong educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in managing end-to-end recruitment projects, including high-volume hiring in the professional services sector
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to hiring in Poland.
  • Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor on sourcing strategies and market trends.
  • Successful track record of collaboration with international Hiring Managers and maintaining strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with Workday will be considered an asset.
