Zakres obowiązków

  • Analytics of demand aggregation with requesting and gathering numbers from the Business units
  • Sourcing with the preparation of tender documents and supplier communication
  • Checks and administration of contracts in the relevant systems
  • Extracting necessary information for general KPI and specific ESG reports
  • Tracking timelines and any other procurement targets
  • Check of content and prices in eCatalogues prior to final approval and upload
  • Executing assigned operational tasks within the S2P process
  • Purchasing administration
  • Ensuring data accuracy in systems
  • Gathering of report information
  • Communication with internal customers / stakeholders and with suppliers
  • Tracking timelines and any other procurement targets

Wymagania

  • Good understanding of IT-driven Procurement processes
  • Accurate work in an IT environment
  • Engagement in process and accountability for own work
  • System skills: Microsoft suite (high competence in Excel), SAP, new S2C/R2R
  • Ability to work in fast changing environment
  • Ability to communicate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Language: English
