Zakres obowiązków

  • Deliver technology projects through entire lifecycle with adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.Facilitate meetings, document minutes, and prepare reports.
  • Create and analyze business requirements documents and project timelines.
  • Guide the team in time estimation practices and facilitate team estimates.
  • Drive team iteration execution and communicate with management and stakeholders.
  • Manage project conflicts, challenges, and dynamic business requirements to maintain high performance.
  • Collaborate with team leads to resolve personnel issues and project roadblocks.
  • Conduct postmortems and root cause analyses to help teams continuously improve and ensure maximum productivity.
  • Proactively identify and eliminate impediments.
  • Manage assigned special projects.
  • Perform other duties as needed.


Wymagania

  • 3-5 years of experience in the area of IT Project Management. Preferably in software development and infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrable expertise in agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Thrives in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile procedures to anticipate the development teams' needs.
  • Solid experience collaborating with internal and external partner teams.
  • Comfortable presenting project readouts to various audiences.
  • Ability to understand and represent both business and technology perspectives.
  • Excellent communicator in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Self-motivated and organized.
  • Possess a university degree or equivalent diploma.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
