Zakres obowiązków

  • Leading a team of R&D and Process Engineers responsible for implementation of new products (including management of BOM, 3D models, making use of PDM and ERP)
  • Taking part in the implementation of new prototypes and testing new solutions
  • Managing NPI projects
  • Responsibility for the Engineering Change process
  • Providing technical support & development for the employees
  • Taking part in product development strategy
  • Representing the Company with brands

Wymagania

  • Technical university degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in leading Product Development / Implementation Team (Automotive experience would be an advantage)
  • Very good knowledge or English or German (B2)
  • Very good knowledge of CAD and PDM tools
  • Leadership skills (sharing knowledge and development of the team)
  • Ability to identify risks and to implement preventive actions
  • Ability to consciously manage team performance
  • Great communication skills
