General duties:

• manage portfolio of F&A transition & transformation projects in terms of scope, cost,
timelines, resources, risk, change and communication,
• act leading role in strategic planning, coordinating, and providing deliverables within
entire project lifecycle, following organization frameworks and guidelines

What the Process Automation Team is?

Work hard, play hard! Process Automation Team is working on automation potential identification and solution delivery, using techniques ranging from RPA with Softomotive and UiPath, through web-based applications in .Net Core, to SQL databases and VBA. Your main area of responsibility in this position will include:

• Automate business processes following requirements defined and documented by Automation Business Analyst,

• process optimization in the GA area,
• supporting team members in implementing initiatives and raising quality standards,
• supporting clients in the scope of inquiries related to supported processes,
• supporting in controlling the effectiveness of task implementation and process efficiency,
• supporting other projects carried out at SSC Szczecin.

Our requirements:

• University degree (in the field of finance, accounting or economics),
• at least 2 years of experience in a similar position (preferably in SSC / BPO in various areas of accounting),
• fluent knowledge of English,
• well advanced analytical skills,
• fluent knowledge of MS Excel,
• highly developed interpersonal skills,
• professional experience in the field of optimization accounting processes,
• knowledge of SAP and practical ability to manage projects will be an advantage.
