Marketing Manager - Generalist

WHAT WILL BE YOUR CHALLENGES:

• Generate and implement innovative marketing ideas, taking ownership from concept to execution.
• Develop marketing materials with a strong emphasis on copywriting, with ability to do it on your own and managing outsourcing it.
• Manage and maintain the company's presence and public image. Including PR, social media, lead generation campagins and any non-standard ideas you have.
• Publish case studies, newsletters and articles for the company website (approx. one article every two weeks).
• Create social media posts, including simple graphics using templates.
• Work closely with founders on building company image.
• Gather analytics and report on the outcomes of marketing activities.
• Provide marketing support to the Streamer Success team.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• Experience in marketing/journalism/creative work.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and push things forward.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and get things done.
• Ability to learn fast and solve problems as they appear.
• Openness to use AI to write, iterate and improve your work.
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, simple video editing tools is nice to have.
• Fluent knowledge of English (C1/C2) and Polish.

Zadania:

• Przeprowadzane researchu, przygotowywanie briefów oraz współtworzenie koncepcji kreatywnych dla marek.
• Przygotowywanie oferty sprzedażowej, wycena i ich prezentacja
• Opracowywanie harmonogramów oraz ich nadzór w trakcie trwania projektów.
• Samodzielne prowadzenie projektów na każdym etapie - od konceptu po realizację i raportowanie
• Współpraca z wewnętrznym zespołem i partnerami zewnętrznymi.

Oczekujemy:

• Pierwszego doświadczenia projektowego, najlepiej (choć niekoniecznie) w obszarze gamingu/e-sportu (mogą to być projekty akademickie, może być doświadczenie wolontariackie).
• Dobrej znajomości discorda.
• Entuzjazmu do używania narzędzi AI.
• Praktycznego doświadczenia w pracy z tworzeniem prezentacji oraz tabeli (Google Slides, Google Sheet).
• Samodzielności, pomysłowości, odpowiedzialności i inicjatywy.
• Dobrej znajomości języka angielskiego (min. B2).
• Mile widziane: znajomość mechaniki różnych gier (szczególnie Fortnite, Roblox, Minecraft, GTA V) oraz znajomość rynku streamingowego.
