    • On behalf of one of our clients we are looking for Talent Sourcing Specialist to join their team in Poland.

      Your responsibilities

      Being part of this Tech sourcing team, your responsibilities will be to:

      • Identify, engage and create an exceptional network with passive candidates of best software engineering profiles on the Dutch, UK, French or German market.
      • Actively build a strong pipeline of top tech talents, using a powerful and impactful approach to convince them to use the platform in order to find their next role.
      • Innovate: talent.io will rely on you to discover and implement new sourcing strategies and methods to find those hidden gems the clients will love and want to hire.
      • Be an evangelist for the brand in order to educate people about our client.

      Our requirements

      Preferred Skills & Experience

      • Strong motivation to learn: you would like to progress in a role which is 100% focused on candidate acquisition, where you can have a direct impact on helping people find their next dream job;
      • Creative thinker, willing to take ownership of ideas and think outside the box;
      • Passionate about tech sourcing & recruitment and love challenge;
      • Genuine interest in the technology sector and start-ups / fast-growing companie;
      • Understanding the value of data and testing when making a decision;
      • Fast-learner, curious and courageous to push your ideas forward;
      • Very good written and verbal communication skills in English;
      • Fluent or native Dutch or English, French or German speaker.

    • Your responsibilities

      Level 1 Technical Support Specialist provides technical support for our Client's (world biggest computer technology company) support customers. S /he diagnose computer trouble by telephone, or remote help customers to solve the hardware and software problems encountered in use. For hardware problems, send orders, to provide customers with professional brand services.

      Our requirements

      • Fluent command of Polish and German or French or Dutch;
      • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage;
      • Previous experience in technical support is an advantage;
      • Knowledge of computing technology is an advantage;
      • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel);
      • Positive and open-minded attitude;
      • Eager to learn, self-motivated and goal oriented;
