      What will you do?


      • Conduct research of the blockchain market and research of the particular companies in the US per request.

      • Search for potential clients who will be interested in being integrated into the blockchain, companies like game development studios, via various channels like LinkedIn and others.

      • Create scripted emails for outreach and follow-ups.

      • Conduct cold outreach, approximately 50 personalized emails per day, and manage email box communicating with clients.

      • Be present in various forums like Discord, Telegram, Reddit, etc. to keep up to date on the crypto topic.

      Our requirements

      Requirements:

      • English writing skills - you will be creating emails in English and communicating with native English speakers, so we expect a minimum of an Advanced level of English, and we do not want to see or hear any mistakes.

      • Interest in blockchain - in order to interest potential clients, you need to be well-informed on the topic yourself.

      • Great communication skills - you can easily find an approach to even the most difficult person.

      • Persistence - your role will be very important for the company and you need to be able to send 50 emails every single day. You should be able to keep going even after being rejected.

      • Be a proactive team player who's not afraid to speak up your own opinion - seriously, the founder is looking for a person with many ideas, not just an executor.

      • Organizing skills: you know exactly how to organize your work and personal time and don't want any minute to go to waste.

      • Strong self-reliance and the ability to create solutions and make decisions on your own with the minimum required confirmations. You only need a KPI and you can create your own tasks. You will be trained but you should also be able to find your own way to complete any task.

      • Excellent attention to detail – you are used to double-checking everything and can quickly notice the slightest mistake.

      • Be a quick learner - it's impossible to know everything, we get it, but we want you to be ready to dive into processes you’ve never faced before and be ready to learn some software or programs that you've never used.


      Working hours:


      You will have to adjust to the PST time zone - your supervisor is located in California, and he expects to have at least 2 overlapping hours with you daily. That means you’ll need to work sometime after 19:00 (Moscow time) to have the overlapping hours. Other than that, the schedule can be flexible.

      What will you do?

      • Conduct research - you will be conducting market and potential clients’ background research to find out more about people you will be reaching out to.

      • Create personalized, catchy & creative emails and follow-ups based on the research & sending them out - trying to interest the potential clients in what the company does and schedule a call with the founder.

      • Creating Think Pieces - you will be analyzing topics that might be interesting for potential clients and turning presentations and researched information into thought-provoking articles to be attached in the emails.

      Working hours:

      You should be able to adjust to the EST time zone - that is that you will be working sometime between 5 pm and 1 am (Moscow time).

      • Part-time employment (4 hours per day, 5/2). Please note that we support your desire to combine this job with studies, however, we will not consider candidates planning to combine several jobs.

      • Remote work. You may be located in any country or city, just need a good Internet connection.

      • Stability - this is not an internship or project work, we consider only the candidates looking for a long-term commitment.
