      Your responsibilities

      Operational Purchasing

      Take all necessary actions to solve problems in the strategic procurement area related to claim handling, prices, contracts etc. supporting the Sub-Regional Procurement Director and the category directors.

      Vendor Management

      Interact with suppliers, for Germany and Poland in scope, for the supply of (parts of) the assortment to be ordered

      • Ensure the necessary supplier reports are available for the operational stakeholders (eg. data from energy suppliers)

      • Consolidate suppliers (across sites within Germany and Poland) where possible especially in operational categories such as MRO and Packaging

      As member of the Country Servicing Business Services Team, this role is responsible for recording accounting information, enter transactions, consolidate and verify accounting records to assess accuracy and compliance.

      This role is based in our operations in Gdansk but will also be traveling to Olsztyn on a monthly basis.

      • Zarządzanie procesami księgowymi i podatkowymi oraz nadzór merytoryczny nad zespołem działu księgowego
      • Prowadzenie ksiąg rachunkowych zgodnie z lokalnymi i międzynarodowymi standardami (MSSF)
      • Kierowanie i koordynowanie przygotowania sprawozdawczości finansowej zgodnie z MSSF, sprawozdawczością Sibelco Group oraz wymogami ustawowymi
      • Rozliczanie podatków oraz przygotowywanie okresowych i rocznych deklaracji i raportów z zakresu: CIT, VAT, GUS, VIES itp.
      • Prowadzenie i kontrola rozliczeń z bankami, dostawcami, odbiorcami, innymi kontrahentami i tworzenie rezerw
      • Obliczanie i szacowanie zmiany salda produktów
      • Księgowanie transakcji walutowych z kontrahentami, wycena bilansowa walut i rozrachunków
      • Wspieranie rozliczeń dotacji
      • Zarządzanie uzgodnieniami sald między spółkami w grupie Sibeclo oraz kalkulacjami cen transferowych
      • Zarządzanie i koordynacja procesu rocznego audytu zewnętrznego oraz kontroli podatkowych

      Nasze wymagania

      • Tytuł magistra w zakresie administracji biznesu, rachunkowości lub finansów
      • Co najmniej 5 lat doświadczenia w księgowości z dogłębną znajomością zasad i procesów księgowych, skarbowych i podatkowych w Polsce, najlepiej w środowisku produkcyjnym
      • Umiejętność budowania dobrych relacji z interesariuszami wewnętrznymi i zewnętrznymi
      • Znajomość SAP
      • Szybka adaptacja do nowych narzędzi i procesów technologicznych
      • Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego i polskiego w mowie i piśmie jest niezbędna
      • Zdolność do kierowania zespołem
      • Zdolność do samodzielnej pracy, jak również pracy w zespole o zasięgu globalnym
      • Dobre zarządzanie czasem
      • Duża dbałość o szczegóły
      • Dyplomacja, motywacja do pracy i orientacja na działanie
      • Umiejętność rozwiązywania problemów
      • Możliwość podróży służbowych między biurami w Gdańsku i Olsztynie
