Your responsibilities
-
You will be responsible for our end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, identifying talent, find the right angle for contact via social media and data bases, interview and finally deliver an offer

You conduct telephone interviews to inform, pre-screen and to provide the hiring manager with relevant information about the candidate

You answer open questions from the candidate and give them an overall overview about company and position as far as you can
-
You are responsible for your part of the application management, making appointments and up-keeping informations about the ongoing application process

You can constantly improve the recruitment process, we are open for new ideas regarding new recruiting tools and job-portals for the IT job market in Poland
Our requirements
-
You have a passion and solid knowledge about the topic recruitment, direct speech to IT / tech experts and the placement of the right people
-
You have at least 2-3 years of experience in direct sourcing IT / tech experts via e.g. social media channels such as LinkedIn
-
Ideally you have knowledge and experience related to labour law generally and especially regulations about hiring non EU citizens whose are living in Poland
-
You have a high amount of initiative, willingness to perform and learn and you work independently. But you also know when it is the right time to ask for help

You have excellent English and Polish communication skills

You bring a very active and hands-on work mentality
