    • Your responsibilities

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Customer facing interactions, pre-sales calls, selling, presenting and demonstrating our solution line, and deal development - 70%
      • Sales Strategy, Territory Analysis and Business planning - 20%
      • Production solutioning and market feedback to BU leadership and product management - 10%

      The primary job duties for this role include the following:

      • Sourcing and identifying opportunities to sell Diagnostic Imaging Equipment into net new and/or existing customers in assigned geographic territory.
      • Making initial contact with prospective clients and managing customer relationships until execution of contract.
      • Establishing high value relationships with key Hospital and Clinic decision makers within targeted assigned area
      • Regularly scheduling face-to-face client meetings to follow up on new business opportunities.
      • Continually growing revenue base in assigned geographic territory.
      • Conducting sales presentations.
      • Collaborating with other sales channels and account management including working collaboratively with the geographic based imaging solution sales executives who will be contributing competitive positioning strategies, quoting/pricing, solution demonstrations and site visits to effectively position the strongest offering and assure increased win rate
      • Communicating on a regular basis with internal teammates and management to ensure business growth goals are achieved on a consistent basis.
      • Attending all pertinent industry conferences, trade shows and functions as seen to benefit the organization and grow our client base.
      • Maintaining deep understanding of solution set and high-level relationships with key contacts which result in new contract opportunities.
      • Provisioning of sales reports and prospect reports.
      • Completing deal trackers, close plans, and conduct internal deals reviews.
      • Successfully executing sales initiatives and goals within assigned territory.
      • Managing all aspects of legal/contracting including issues management and resolution.
      • Leveraging social media and web-based marketing tools to increase market awareness of our solutions thru targeted account marketing
      • Other Duties as assigned.

      Our requirements

      Minimum Job Qualifications:

      Education/Training

      • Bachelor’s Degree

      Business Experience

      • Minimum 4 years sales or customer success management experience with emphasis on healthcare diagnostic imaging workflow & Radiology sales experience
      • Healthcare technology sales experience with consultative sales experience

      Specialized Knowledge/Skills

      • Knowledge of Diagnostic Imaging products and services.
      • Imaging and Workflow in Radiology and Nuclear Medicine experience overall
      • Knowledge of current healthcare information systems technology
      • Knowledge of sales territory management (SalesForce.com experience a plus).
      • Strong conflict management and customer service skills.
      • Strong collaborative skills.
      • Excellent communication skills.
      • Excellent presentation skills.
      • Proven ability to develop successful strategies to drive market share and client satisfaction.
      • Knowledge of healthcare trends, industry standards, and successful strategies for hospital sales.
      • Working knowledge of Radiology and Nuclear Medicine workflow processes.
