      • You have a degree in HR, business or a comparable qualification.
      • You also have relevant experience in HR, including holistic consulting for specialist departments.
      • You also have experience in supporting organizational development and change processes, as well as in the recruitment of specialists.
      • Good knowledge of employment law, a confident handling of Microsoft Office and very good English skills round off your profile.
      • You are characterized by a high level of consulting competence and service orientation, as well as a future- and solution-oriented way of thinking.
      • You also have strong organizational and communication skills.
      • You enjoy collaborative tasks and challenges and have a good dose of energy and motivation.
