Zakres obowiązków

  • Conduct supplier audits in line with VDA 6.3, VW FQF, and IATF 16949 quality standards.
  • Assess and verify supplier processes to ensure they meet industry quality requirements.
  • Monitor corrective actions implementation at suppliers, ensuring timely completion and effectiveness.
  • Review and evaluate suppliers' manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supplier performance and resolve quality issues.
  • Provide detailed audit reports, including non-conformities, corrective actions, and improvement recommendations.
  • Support the qualification of new suppliers and assist in supplier selection processes.
  • Coordinate supplier development activities to ensure ongoing compliance with quality standards.


Wymagania

  • Proven experience conducting supplier audits within the automotive industry.
  • Deep knowledge of VDA 6.3, IATF 16949, and other automotive quality standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex quality systems.
  • Experience with quality management systems and continuous improvement processes.
  • Ability to work independently and lead audit projects.
  • Willingness to travel frequently (up to 70% of the time) across Europe, Asia, and the USA.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with international teams.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
