Zakres obowiązków

Conduct supplier audits in line with VDA 6.3, VW FQF, and IATF 16949 quality standards.
Assess and verify supplier processes to ensure they meet industry quality requirements.
Monitor corrective actions implementation at suppliers, ensuring timely completion and effectiveness.
Review and evaluate suppliers' manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supplier performance and resolve quality issues.
Provide detailed audit reports, including non-conformities, corrective actions, and improvement recommendations.
Support the qualification of new suppliers and assist in supplier selection processes.
Coordinate supplier development activities to ensure ongoing compliance with quality standards.

Proven experience conducting supplier audits within the automotive industry.
Deep knowledge of VDA 6.3, IATF 16949, and other automotive quality standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex quality systems.
Experience with quality management systems and continuous improvement processes.
Ability to work independently and lead audit projects.
Willingness to travel frequently (up to 70% of the time) across Europe, Asia, and the USA.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with international teams.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
