Zakres obowiązków
* Understand the SFMC, CRM, CMS and consent management technical environment and how technology is used to provide the best, focused advice
* Translating business requirements into technical details relevant to SFMC
* Familiar with SFMC functions including:
1. Email Studio:
* Develop, implement, and optimize email templates, dynamic content, and scripting (AMPscript, SSJS).
* Configure and troubleshoot email sends, suppression lists, and tracking analytics.
* Automate email workflows using Automation Studio and Journey Builder.
* Conduct A/B testing and analyze performance metrics.
2. Mobile Studio:
* Develop and configure SMS and push notification campaigns.
* Utilize MobileConnect and MobilePush for message execution and automation.
* Manage API-based integrations for mobile engagement.
* Ensure compliance with mobile messaging regulations.
3. WhatsApp & LinkedIn Engagement:
* Implement and maintain WhatsApp Business API configurations within SFMC.
* Integrate LinkedIn ad interactions and engagement tracking.
* Monitor system performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
4. Web Studio (CloudPages):
* Develop and deploy CloudPages for personalized landing pages and microsites.
* Configure web form capture and data integration.
* Implement dynamic scripting for personalized user experiences.
* Ensure security best practices and system stability.
5. Automation Studio:
* Build and manage automated workflows using Automation Studio.
* Develop custom SQL queries to manipulate and segment data.
* Optimize API-based triggers and external integrations.
* Monitor, debug, and troubleshoot automation execution errors.
6. Journey Builder:
* Architect and implement multi-channel journey orchestration.
* Manage event-based triggers and conditional branching logic.
* Optimize customer engagement using entry source automation.
* Analyze journey reporting for performance optimization.
7. Contact Builder:
* Manage Data Extensions, relationships, and segmentation strategies.
* Ensure data hygiene, normalization, and governance.
* Implement custom scripts for data transformation and integration.
* Troubleshoot data synchronization and API-based interactions.
8. Analytics Builder:
* Configure and maintain custom reports and dashboards.
* Utilize SQL queries for advanced data analytics.
* Develop real-time monitoring solutions for campaign performance.
* Ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency across business systems.

* 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and implementation.
* Strong understanding of AMPscript, SSJS (Server-Side JavaScript), and SQL for data manipulation.
* Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud APIs (REST & SOAP) and system integrations.
* Expertise in data management, automation, and journey orchestration.
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve SFMC technical issues.
* Experience in supporting Omnichannel campaigns is a plus.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize SFMC workflows.
* Strong experience and knowledge of agile project methodologies and design thinking
* Fluent English speaking and writing skills
* You are able to share your expertise and experience actively by coaching others.
