      Head of HR

      Responsibilities

      • Manage HR team
      • Structure and scale team in Berlin and Krakow across all HR and administrative topics
      • Create and implement an HR strategy that should result in:
      • Recruiting: Attraction of best talent and meeting recruiting targets
      • Scalable Org Structure: support and drive creation of a companywide org structure incl. a compensation and benefits structure that is fair and competitive
      • Training & Development: Facilitate development/growth of each employee; manage to retain talent
      • Company Culture: Establish a homogenous company culture
      • Employer Brand: Establish a good outside employer impression and brand that supports recruiting and talent acquisition
      • Structure, define and implement various HR processes ( some of them from scratch)
      • Define and establish company culture and values
      • Consult and support department heads on how to implement HR strategy and scale their departments effectively
      • Collaborate closely with the management team
      • Measure and monitor HR trends to be able to respond quickly to recruitment market changes

      Requirements

      • 5+ years of experience in managing and scaling HR teams (ideally at a technology company from 100 to 1000 employees, with multiple offices in different countries, with B2B market approach)
      • Excellent communicative and interpersonal skills: you will be in charge of representing the company, creating its culture
      • Persuasive and motivating with external and internal stakeholders: need to be able to convince others about the company vision, and represent the company outside
      • Knowledge of Polish labour law (German law knowledge is a plus), financial basics
      • Team player - Talixo is run based on democratic decision-making and team play
      • Experience in building HR processes from scratch
      • Details oriented
      • Able to prioritize tasks
      • Fluent in Polish, English, German
      • Working in an organised and structured manner
      • Strategic thinking: in order to derive an HR strategy in line with company one
      • Willingness to travel between Berlin and Kraków in order to ensure a consistent company culture between the two offices,
