    Zakres obowiązków

    Your Tasks With Us:

    
    

    You will be tasked with the day-to-day accounting/finance operations of our company, including:

    • Accounts Payable: Make sure we are invoiced correctly and pay our invoices quickly;

    • Accounts Receivable: Prepare invoices for our clients (together with our project managers);

    • Book-keeping: Maintain our accounting books for various legal entities (General Ledger);

    • Document Management: Filing of contracts and documents;

    • Reporting: Close accounting months, prepare reports, and settle taxes (together with external specialist) [Payroll accounting is with external service provider];

    • Strategically develop our firm’s accounting and finance capabilities by developing, implementing and documenting new systems and processes.

    Wymagania

    Your Profile:

    • You hold a relevant university degree and/or have completed a formal accounting training;

    • You have proven accounting experience in GL, AR, and/or AP, are good with numbers, and work diligently;

    • You can handle Microsoft Business Central (formerly Navision, MS Dynamics);

    • You like to communicate in English (B1/B2/C1/C2); Polish and German are a big plus;

    • Interest in the field of clinical research is appreciated.
