      Our requirements

      Successful candidates must have the following experiences and skills:

      • Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications

      • The purpose of this role is to manage the warehouse functions of our new distribution centre, delivering best in class service to our stores and customers. The warehouse is responsible for country-wide deliveries and on-site collections. The role requires the candidate to co-ordinate the various teams involved in the distribution process including warehouse personnel and drivers, ensuring excellent customer service on site as well as through our delivery network.
      • Provide strong, capable leadership and clear direction to all team members, including all support functions.
      • Manage & develop direct reports to achieve business goals & objectives.
      • Manage effective communications across the warehouse department with the relevant management team members.
      • Ensure all administration functions required by the operation are completed correctly and on time. E.g. statutory records, timekeeping, time in lieu hours, accident reports and disciplinary management administration.
