      The Test Automation Engineer in fitting software verification supports the test activities throughout the whole test design and execution process to deliver significant information regarding the actual product quality state. The person in this position works in strong collaboration with the software test engineers and supports them with automating manual test cases to reduce the manual verification efforts in the production life cycle.

      Additionally, the test automation engineer runs and maintains the test infrastructure like test environments, frameworks, and tools.

      Your responsibilities

      • quality review and approval of Development Documentation in ALM Tool
      • alignment and approval of transports in our SAP landscape according to CIT SOPs & Policies
      • individual technical Analysis of Developments (e.g. SAP) and make suggestions for improvements

      About the project

      The position is part of the global SAP CC team with colleagues located in our headquarters in Stäfa, Switzerland, North America and Asia. You will be able to contribute and help establish the location in Warsaw and further shape the international collaboration.


      In the position of Business Systems Engineer with focus on newly implemented SAP HANA modules, you will be responsible for Maintenance / support of Sonova AG's business systems, including the processing of Incidents and Service Requests and support for system operation.

      Your responsibilities

      • Lead emergency issues resolution process - including professional communication to Sonova senior Business Leaders
      • Realization of Service Requests (standard changes or service activities within the agreed scope of employee rights - the area of changes characterized by low risk)
      • Creating, analyzing and solving problems under defined terms of service (SLAs)
      • Carrying out support projects (EHP , Archiving, technology upgrades etc.)
      • Managing the escalation process (Project Issues, CRs, Incidents or Service Requests)

      About the project

      The Marketing Program and Asset Specialist is part of the Marketing & Omnichannel department and is responsible to steer marketing effectiveness, spot and support local and global marketing process improvements, overview overall marketing project portfolio and ensure that each project will get the right level of priority and resources within the department.
