Your responsibilities

  • Solving passengers' problems, because we believe everyone deserves a
    lieto fine ;)
  • Providing essential information with as much ease as if you were hosting your own podcast!
  • Handling incoming calls, emails and chats.
  • Helping in crisis situations with a cool head and a smile on your face - like Dexter Morgan ;)

Our requirements

  • Positive attitude and willingness to work with people - after all, you are our Supereroe!
  • Communication skills and the ability to listen - each passenger has a story, and we help them get to their destination!
  • Parli italiano? Perfetto! - B2 level in Italian and English is required.
  • Commitment and Can Do attitude - because together we can do more!
